Go Abroad Exchange Applications: 2027/2028
Important Updates There will be only one application round for the 2027/2028 exchange cycle.
Applications will open October 1, 2026 and close October 31, 2026,at 11:59 p.m. ET. for:
Summer 2027
Fall 2027
Winter 2028
Spring 2028
Step 1: Complete the Mandatory Go Abroad Info Session
All students interested in applying for exchange must complete the Go Abroad Info Session (Self Register in LEARN). Important: Due to LEARN system limitations, students may still be able to self-register after the session closes. However, students who register after October 31 at 8:59 p.m. ET will not be able to access the content, and no exceptions can be made.
Step 2: Submit Your Exchange Application
Applications open: October 1, 2026
Applications close: October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET
Be sure to complete the mandatory Go Abroad Info Session and submit your application before the deadline.
Wednesday, October 7, 2026 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. ET
We'll provide an overview of the exchange program and answer general questions about the application process.

FYI for students considering exchange to Australia
Please note that the standard Australian student visa fee has recently increased to AUD $2,050. If you are planning to apply for an exchange in Australia, be sure to factor this into your budget when preparing for your application and overall exchange costs.
